The latest product release 2.1 of TL MPM can now do even more. With this new version of our TL MPM marketing permission management software, we offer you even more options for managing your customers’ consents and objections in the context of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

The duplicate checking tool TL Match has been released in a new product version. The release TL Match 11.2 provides the user with a more flexible license design and new options for field assignment. Among other things, 429 million different single values can now be mapped and searched sharply. That is more than 16 times as many values as in the previous version of TL Match.

Declarations of consent, dialogue prohibitions and customer approvals can be obtained, managed and verified centrally with the compliance tool TL MPM from TOLERANT Software. The tool has now been released in a new product release.

TOLERANT Match is our standard product for fast-as-an-arrow, accurate customer search and duplicate detection in large databases.

Compliance is a challenging terrain. Dealing with politically exposed persons (PEP), laws against money laundering and sanctions regulations require special correctness. The question is: Who is a PEP? And who is subject to economic sanctions? The lists in question are not uniform, and they often contain only rudimentary data.

Since May 25, 2018, the new General Data Protection Regulation of the European Union, or EU-GDPR for short, applies and with it a new and extended right to information. According to Article 15 of the GDPR, data subjects have the right to receive confirmation from data controllers as to whether personal data are being processed.

Not likely. You want to address your customers correctly. This starts with the correct and full spelling of the name, and ends with a correct, deliverable postal address. Duplicate salutations caused by duplicates in the database can be embarrassing.

Some may see data migration as a chore when introducing new IT systems. However, it is exactly the opposite: Data migration is a great opportunity to systematically cleanse and reprocess data and, if necessary, enrich it with external data.

Wizards for easier data entry have been known in data processing for a long time. Lists help to select possible entries, programs check if the syntax of the e-mail address is valid.

What if it could be even easier to use TOLERANT tools? For this, we pack your tools into practical containers that are located on a so-called Docker host. This host is – similar to a freight container ship – a large container that transports many containers.
